Introduction
LIME Studio ("we", "our", "us") operates LIME APP (the "App"), a video sharing platform where people watch, upload and share videos for entertainment. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have when you use the App from the Google Play Store.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App. By using it, you accept the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect only what the App needs to run, show you videos you may enjoy, and keep the service safe and funded by ads.
Account information
Name or username, email address, profile picture and bio when you create or edit your profile, plus messages you send to our support team.
Videos & content you share
Videos, thumbnails, captions, hashtags, comments, likes, follows and direct messages you post or send in the App.
Usage data
Videos watched, watch time, searches, screens viewed, features used and interactions, used to improve recommendations and the App.
Device & technical data
Device model, OS version, IP address, language, network type, crash logs, and device and advertising identifiers.
Approximate location
Country or region derived from your IP address, used for the "Nearby" feed and ad relevance. We use precise location only if you grant permission.
Advertising data
Advertising ID and ad interaction data (views, clicks) collected by Google AdMob so ads can be shown and measured.
Permissions the App requests
You can turn any permission on or off in your device settings at any time.
- Internet access: to stream and upload videos, sync your account and load ads.
- Camera and microphone (optional): only when you record a video or add a voiceover in the App.
- Photos, media and storage (optional): to pick videos from your gallery to upload, and to cache videos for smoother playback.
- Notifications: to tell you about new followers, comments, messages and videos from creators you follow.
- Advertising ID: used by Google AdMob to show ads and measure their performance. You can reset or opt out of it in your Android settings.
How we use your information
- To run LIME APP, host your videos and let you follow, like, comment and message.
- To personalize your feed with videos and creators you are likely to enjoy.
- To analyze performance, fix bugs and detect spam, abuse and security threats.
- To enforce our community rules and remove content that is illegal or harmful.
- To answer support requests and send important service notices.
- To show ads through Google AdMob, which helps keep the App free.
We do not sell your personal information.
Videos and content you share
Videos and comments you post as public can be seen, shared and downloaded by other users. Think before you share anything personal. You can delete your own videos and comments at any time from your profile.
You keep ownership of what you upload, and you give us a limited license to host, display and distribute it inside the App. Please upload only content you have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks our community rules or the law, or that infringes someone else's rights.

LIME APP uses trusted third-party SDKs. They may collect data under their own privacy policies:
Google AdMobAdvertising
We show banner, interstitial and rewarded video ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising ID, device information and cookies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, limit repeat ads and measure results. You can control ad personalization in Android under Settings > Google > Ads. See Google Advertising Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
Google Play Services & FirebaseAnalytics / Crash reports
Used for app performance monitoring, crash reporting, notifications and usage analytics. See Firebase privacy information.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. Data sent between the App and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We do not knowingly show personalized ads to children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact support@example.com and we will delete it promptly.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires longer.
How to request account and data deletion
You can ask us to delete your account and associated data, including your videos, comments and profile. Email support@example.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the address registered to your account. After verification, we will delete your account and remove your personal data from our servers within 30 business days. Some data may be kept where the law requires it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will update the effective date above and post the revised policy in the App or on our website. Please review it from time to time.
